State-of-the-art technology, supportive healing spaces, and built in flexibility are all features of this world-class medical tower.
Currently under construction on the active Swedish First Hill campus, this project will provide much needed state-of-the art healthcare facilities. When complete, the 750,000 SF North Tower will add 24 advanced operating suites for a range of surgical services, a new 31-room emergency department designed for maximum efficiency, 72 ICU beds, centralized imaging facilities, and healing spaces for patients, caregivers, and visitors.
