Located adjacent to the Skagit Hospital Campus, this new three-story 60,000 SF development adds crucial capacity to accommodate surgery patients.
The scope included a ground floor surgery center with four ORs, 24 pre/post bays, and three endo rooms with GI, ENT and ortho exam rooms on the second and third floors. It also involved the demolition of existing buildings, site preparation, shell and core construction, interior tenant improvements, right of way improvements, and adjacent lot development for surface parking.
