The 52,000 SF build-out included exam and observation rooms, classrooms, a teaching kitchen, and other patient support spaces. Close coordination and constant communication the general contractor and project team was critical to avoid disrupting ongoing daily operations on the floor below. Significant full-height wall construction and limited above-ceiling space made it challenging to install new overhead electrical infrastructure alongside existing building structural elements and active mechanical systems. We worked collaboratively to provide input in sequencing the electrical work to minimize modifications to the existing structure.
