Maximizing Efficiency and Sustainability for Government & Police Operations
The four-story, 89,000-square-foot building consolidates departments from eight buildings into one, allowing employees to serve people more effectively.

There are two components to the building, a government wing which includes city council chambers and offices for the mayor, city administrator, and city attorneys; and an attached two-story police wing includes a holding cell, a juvenile holding facility, interview rooms, and evidence storage. Sustainability features include a green roof, operable windows, and highly efficient lighting and mechanical systems.Electrical scope included 277/480 & 120/208-volt electrical systems with high level access control and CCTV systems, AV and television broadcasting, CATV and cat 6A10 gig data cabling.
