Sustainable Emergency Services in Remote Location
New 6,800 SF emergency services and law enforcement operations building as well as a 4,850 SF Annex building

Due to the ongoing risk of permafrosts, work had to occur over the course of two summers. This project had high sustainability goals, and we worked closely with park staff to minimize any impacts to the environment while providing necessary operational functionality. Features included sized solar panels, light wells in corridors, and highly sophisticated lighting control system to be as close to net zero as possible. Additional scope included upgrades to fuel, power, and water utilities at C Camp and some medium voltage work.
