Premier Boutique Office Inspires Innovative Workforces
This modern adaptation of office construction is located on the edge of the Seattle waterfront with sweeping views of Elliott Bay.

The structure consists of seven stories with one level of below-grade parking, a mid-lock lobby to provide a secure entrance for tenants and visitors, and a 16,000 square foot landscaped rooftop terrace and amenity space. Designed with inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood, the brick facade echoes the historic buildings nearby. The Jack is the first ever SEAM certified building in the United States and also achieved LEED Gold and WELL Building Gold certifications. The Social Equity Assessment Method is an international standard giving guidance on how to improve social responsibility and contribute to sustainable development.

VECA Technologies scope included the installation of telecommunications fiber/copper backbone along with a Life Safety DAS system, horizonal CAT6 cabling for building monitoring, and CCTV systems.
