The Arthur

The Arthur, formally known as 12th and Idaho, replaces what was a 24,000-square-foot surface parking lot with a 420,000-square-foot building, including 298 residences, ground-floor retail space, and structured parking with 323 spaces. The residential mix includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to be rented at market rates. The project includes public improvements to the adjacent alley, stormwater infrastructure, construction of streetscapes and furnishings, including bike racks, street trees, and historic streetlights, and the replacement of a section of the Boise City Canal.
