TOD Housing Development for Lynnwood
Featuring a mix of studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments within two V over I woodframe multi-family buildings, totaling 326 residential units and 426 parking stalls.

Situated conveniently for commuters, it is located just north of the Lynnwood city line, and sits next to the Swamp Creek Park & Ride. The Scandinavian-inspired styling is intended to "evoke urban living in the suburbs" and features a double-height club room, rooftop patio, sky lounge, wellness studio, and conference rooms. Smart tech was installed such as smart locks and quick WiFi throughout the development. VECA's scope includes the full electrical build-out, with two main electrical rooms. Building A is fed with 1600-amp service and Building B with 1200-amp service to our main switchboards. There are three meter-stacks per building ranging from 1000 to 1200-amp service to each, 40+ EV chargers, and a 300KW generator feeding emergency systems such as smoke control, fire pumps, and elevators. Low voltage systems include Telecom, DAS, Fire Alarm, Security/Access Control, and CCTV.
